Best (Healthy) Snack Food


I found a new snack food that I am absolutely in love with; it is so delicious and so healthy for you as well. I found this delight at Sprouts.

GoodFoods Artichoke and Jalapeno Dip

This dip is low in calories (only 80 calories for 2 Tablespoons) and has healthy fats as well as protein. It is also gluten-free. And the best part: it is so yummy!

You can eat it as dip (cold or hot) with your favorite cracker or chip. You can add it to mashed potatoes for a little kit. You can eat it as a condiment on your sandwich (I love it with tuna).

Warning: You will be tempted to eat the whole carton in one sitting. Be sure to portion your serving size on a separate plate.
